Wealth Wash — L.A.Z.Y. Entertainment
1. Service Description
Wealth Wash is an AI-powered entertainment service operated by L.A.Z.Y. Entertainment. Users upload photos for humorous, AI-generated commentary delivered by "The Butler," a fictional AI persona. All verdicts are generated for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as financial advice, appraisals, or professional assessments of any kind.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. One account per person — duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be terminated without notice.
3. Free Trial
New users receive 3 complimentary flex audits. Trial verdicts are delivered via email. Once your free audits are used, you must upgrade to The Estate for continued access. Trial credits cannot be transferred, refunded, or extended.
4. The Estate Membership
The Estate is a recurring subscription that provides unlimited access to elite flex audits with full photo analysis, delivered through your private member portal. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service. You agree not to share your member portal access with others. L.A.Z.Y. Entertainment reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. AI-Generated Content
All verdicts and analysis are generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment purposes. Results are intentionally humorous and exaggerated. L.A.Z.Y. Entertainment makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies.
7. Intellectual Property
All service branding, persona characters, UI design, and AI prompts are the intellectual property of L.A.Z.Y. Entertainment. You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of delivering the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
L.A.Z.Y. Entertainment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of a charge to request a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of L.A.Z.Y. Entertainment.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email when possible.
